It's more like can the USA profit seekers help themselves

U.S. Foreign Policy: Considering a Strategic Shift Toward Restraint

American Military is there to serve the American Voters, right? For people to have an interest in it, they have got to be invested in the nation the military is there to protect. Right now, most Americans don't have a vested interest so why would they care either way?

As it stands right now, my children and grandchildren have been forbidden from any military service to the USA. Given how it has turned out for my family, the leaders of the USA should be asking why we haven't already sought to overthrow the Government and take out the Oligarchs that reside here.

On this, I support whatever the USA can fund and whatever the World Leaders preference is. I appreciate President Trump's Teddy Roosevelt approach and the Monroe Doctrine. But unless I have something vested here, aside from my family, then it really doesn't make much sense for me to have an interest.

Besides, my goal is to move abroad and establish a life that provides my family another alternative to what has been provided to us here.
